RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be in unaltered condition and purchased at BoykinSpanielOutfitters.com to qualify for returns. All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

Return Item(s) for a Refund or Exchange

If you purchased an item and want to return it for a full refund, please email us at sales@boykinspanieloutfitters.com to initiate a return or exchange. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.

If you want to exchange for another item, that is no problem - just email us at sales@boykinspanieloutfiters.com and we will be glad to assist you!

How to Send Us Your Return

After you have contacted customer service you will receive return instructions.  In most cases, you are required to pay the shipping for the return item.

When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Received returns are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
